All passengers must come to the agency the day before the tour for the equipment fitting, between 3:00 pm and 6:30 pm.

Overview

Two 45-minute snorkel sessions at Bajo Pitt and Pitt islet, then a two-hour walk up Cerro Pitt to the red-footed booby, where the red-footed booby nests.

Agency check-in at 7:00 am. At 7:15 am the group walks to Muelle Acuario I, meets the naturalist guide and sails for Punta Pitt.

The first snorkel session is at Bajo Pitt, the second at Pitt islet, about 45 minutes each, with snacks and drinks on board in between. At both sites you may see sea turtles, juvenile sea lions, Galapagos sharks, hammerheads, rays, barracuda and moray eels.

Lunch is served on board at the beach at Punta Pitt, then a walk of about two hours round trip up to Cerro Pitt for the red-footed booby, along with pelicans, frigatebirds and finches. Return to port around 5:00 pm, depending on ocean conditions.
