Overview

A two-hour crossing to Espanola, a two-hour walk at Punta Suarez among albatross and marine iguanas, then a 45-minute snorkel session in Gardner Bay with reef sharks, turtles and sea lions.

Agency check-in at 7:00 am. At 7:15 am the group heads to Muelle Acuario I, meets the naturalist guide and sails for Espanola, roughly two hours depending on ocean conditions.

Landing at Punta Suarez, you walk about two hours and may see albatross, boobies, finches, the Galapagos hawk and marine iguanas. The walk ends at a small beach, then back aboard for lunch.

The boat sails on to Gardner Bay for a snorkel session of about 45 minutes, with reef sharks, sea lions, turtles and rays possible. Return to port around 5:00 pm, depending on ocean conditions.
