A 50-minute walk from Puerto Ayora through native vegetation brings you to Tortuga Bay's white sand and clear water. Kayak the calm side at Playa Mansa and snorkel straight off the beach.
Starts at 07:30 in Puerto Ayora. A 50-minute walk through native vegetation opens onto the white sand and clear water of Tortuga Bay.
Then Playa Mansa, the sheltered side of the bay: calm water for kayaking and snorkeling close to shore.
At 12:00 you walk back to Puerto Ayora on the same trail. You may see sea lions, sea turtles and marine iguanas, plus Darwin's finches and the Galapagos mockingbird.
