Overview
Three hours off Puerto Villamil in three parts: a panga ride around the islets, a walk over lava flows past resting white-tip sharks, and a snorkel over rays, turtles and reef fish.
The tour runs three hours: a panga ride, a walk and a snorkel.
The panga circles the islets in search of blue-footed booby colonies, the Galapagos penguin (the only penguin in a tropical habitat), pelicans, lava herons and sea turtles.
The walk crosses the lava flows of one islet, where you may see marine iguanas, sharks resting in a natural crevice and sea lion colonies with pups. The snorkel can bring fish, corals, rays, sea turtles and white-tip reef sharks; mangroves and cactus endemic to the island grow around the site.
