Overview
Seven days across three islands: the Santa Cruz highlands, Pinnacle Rock on Bartolome, the Sierra Negra crater on Isabela, and snorkeling off uninhabited Pinzon.
Day 1 - A Galapagos National Park guide meets you at Baltra: 10 minutes by Lobito bus, the Itabaca Channel crossing, then 35 to 40 minutes by road to your Puerto Ayora hotel. At 14:30, the Santa Cruz highlands: Twin Craters, lava tunnels, a private ranch where giant tortoises roam free. Back around 17:00.
Day 2 - Bartolome and Sullivan Bay. Hotel pick-up from 06:00, bus to the Itabaca Channel, zodiac out to the main boat, capacity 16 passengers. The crossing takes about 2 hours; on the way you may see Daphne Major and Daphne Minor, seabirds and marine life, depending on conditions. On the island, the trail to the viewpoint above Pinnacle Rock, then snorkeling if sea and weather allow. Return around 16:00.
Day 3 - Reception at 06:10, Puerto Ayora dock, 2-hour ferry to Isabela, hotel transfer, short orientation drive through the island center. Afternoon: a 2.5 hour excursion to Tintoreras Islet. A 10 minute boat ride, a 45 minute walk over Aa lava where you may see marine iguana and sea lion colonies, ending above a channel where white-tip reef sharks often rest, then snorkeling nearby.
Day 4 - Reception between 07:15 and 07:30 for the half-day hike on Sierra Negra, one of the largest craters in the archipelago. Back in Puerto Villamil by about 14:00. Afternoon free.
Day 5 - Reception at 05:15, Puerto Villamil dock, roughly 2 hour crossing to Santa Cruz, hotel transfer. Morning free. At 13:30 the Bay Tour begins: 4 to 5 hours over Los Perros beach, Canal del Amor, the Tintoreras channel, the old salt mines and Las Grietas, with two snorkeling sessions of about 45 minutes each.
Day 6 - Pinzon, uninhabited. Reception at 08:00, fit your wetsuit, board the boat, capacity 12 passengers. The first site is about 40 minutes out; in the clear water you may see tropical fish, sea turtles and sea lions, depending on sea conditions and the animals that day. Snack and lunch on board. Return to Puerto Ayora begins around 15:00.
Day 7 - Hotel transfer to Baltra airport for your return flight. End of services.

Good to know
Santa Cruz to Isabela is by ferry, about 2 hours each way (Day 3 out, Day 5 back). Pack an overnight bag for the two nights on Isabela. Capacities: 16 passengers on the Bartolome trip, 12 on the Pinzon boat. The rate does not apply to single occupancy; solo travelers get a different rate. For Sierra Negra bring comfortable clothing and walking shoes, plenty of water, a cap or hat, sunscreen, insect repellent and a light jacket depending on the weather.
